Though the agent I pick for you will be your new main point of contact, I make myself available for any questions or needs that come up.
Do you represent buyers or sellers or both?
I assist both buyers and sellers. My guidance is tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

I specialize in Northern New Jersey, but my network of agents spans the entire country and even the world. That’s right — I can find you the best agent anywhere in the world.
Are there any upfront fees for your consulting services?
No. My fee is due upon a successful closing from the agent/brokerage I refer you to. My service is completely complimentary to you.

I have over 10 years of experience in real estate, with the past 3 years focused exclusively on consulting.
Are you a licensed real estate agent?
Yes, I maintain my real estate license which allows me access to MLS home data.
